Raquel Hernandez, MA, LPC, NCC
Raquel has worked with domestic violence survivors for three years and have expertise in how to cope with staying in an abusive relationship and assisting in the plan on leaving abusive relationships. Along with that she has experience in substance use, dual diagnosis, depression, anxiety and LGBTQ+ issues with teens and adults.
Raquel incorporates an Eclectic approach often with elements of trauma informed client centered and strength-based approaches to promote problem-solving, mindfulness, self-awareness and resilience. Her focus is to help them in a person-focused approach to help them process through trauma or cross-roads in their life to reach their goals and achieve mental health wellness.
