Whether or not you have health insurance, Hamdard Health Alliance is committed to providing you with the same personalized attention and outstanding care while keeping costs to a minimum. We never turn anyone away, and we can also help you find a plan that makes sense for your family and your budget.

Payment Assistance

For patients with Medicare, Medicaid, or any other forms of insurance, please make certain to bring your card with you to each appointment. For uninsured patients, don’t worry, we’re here to help. We will arrange for you to have a financial screening with one of our Medical Case Managers. Depending on eligibility, a sliding scale fee may be available - read more below.

Please bring proof of your household income, as well as the following documents, if possible.

Sliding Fee Scale

Hamdard Health Alliance provides a sliding fee discount for uninsured and underinsured patients. The sliding scale discount is calculated based on your household’s annual income and the number of individuals living in your household, and matched with the Federal Poverty Guidelines Levels.

340 (B) Pharmacy Discount Program

This program allows healthcare organizations such as Hamdard Health Alliance to provide assistance to people who are unable to afford their medication costs. Most pharmaceutical companies participating in the program offer free or discounted pricing on prescription drugs to uninsured or underinsured individuals. Current proof of income may be required to determine eligibility.
