Sarah Khan, DO

Dr. Khan was born and raised in the U.S., however, her ethnic routes are from Pakistan. Her father, who is also a pediatrician, was her inspiration to become a pediatrician. She also has a passion for traveling to other countries to serve in medical mission trips and help deliver care to the underserved populations.

Dr. Khan likes to approach children and their families in a gentle manner, with a calm demeanor and compassionate care. She has realized throughout her years of practice that children need a patient, kind person to take care of them in the clinical setting, so they feel comfortable and not frightened when they go to the doctor’s office. She understands that parents can really worry and have a level of uncertainty about their children and their health, so she tries to provide reassurance and explain treatment plans carefully and in detail to parents. That way, they can go home with a focused plan and know exactly what to do to help their child feel better.
