Dr. Anjum Khaja is a Board-Certified adult Psychiatrist with 31 years of experience in treating a broad range of psychiatric disorders, both acute and chronic. Dr Khaja is a dedicated and compassionate member of the Hamdard team. She treats a variety of psychiatric illnesses including psychosis, Schizophrenia, Mood and Anxiety disorders, Post Traumatic Stress disorders, OCD, and Impulse control Disorders. Her approach to patients is of a Biopsychosocial model. Dr. Khaja practices evidence-based treatments and combines medication with Supportive CBT psychotherapy to garner maximum benefit from both.
